Good food and outstanding service. Unfortunately, this was my second visit where the soup was only lukewarm. I believe this is a simple training issue. The crew put the soup in a bowl and set it in the order staging area first, before any of the other food was prepared, allowing it to cool off before serving it. Also, they do not have a paper menu available so customers like me with low vision must be accompanied by someone with good vision who must then read the entire and very diverse menu to them. This also makes it very difficult to determine if the correct price is charged since the sighted person must also read the price of every item to the customer with low vision.

So this was my first time eating here Thomas ( Warrensburg, MO) was top star amazing .He recommended the hands-down best burger I ever had.. Butter burger ( mushrooms grilled onions and bacon mayo) and some cheese curds that’s was better than Mars cheese factory in WI. The dining room was open and clean just simply perfect..The customer service was one to remember..

I was happy to learn culver’s offers a veggie burger !! As a vegetarian this are me happy as I love to be able to eat at fast food places with my meat eating friends however when I asked the employee if the veggie burger is cooked on the same meat burger grill he quickly said yes of course! I explained most of us vegan/vegetarians are freaked out about our food being cooked on the same as the meat. He said so do you want it or not ? I politely said no thanks. Very disappointed and frustrated

The manager, Adrian, was on the front line and took great care of me. He also made a circuit around the store and personally checked in on each seated customer. He runs a good ship and everyone else in uniform was very pleasant and hospitable as well. I had the 10-piece shrimp dinner and it was tender and tasty. I recommend this location.
