Went to get carry out, got the food fast even though it was probably already cold since all of it was pulled from a bag. I thought the fries would at least be served fresh when ingor there, but I guess not. Then I guess no one bothered to get our 6 drinks. An employee looked at the receipt twice, then started getting custard for another order. We finally had to ask for our own cups so we can get our own drinks. Got home, with cold food, reciept was right. However, the order was wrong. Had to throw mine away since i absolutely hate even the taste of onion. Terrible experience, probably won’t go back to that location. Don’t really care what management says. It’s a basic job, do it.

We ate drive thru. My grilled chicken sandwich was just excellent. Everything on it was fresh and the meat and bun were nice and warm. It was one of those times when the picture of the food online matched the actual food. The other people in my car got a double cheeseburger, fries, cheese curds, and a concrete. Everything was excellent.

Don’t pay and drive away from the drive thru until you check stuff you’re given. Last two times we’ve been there we got home with very poor results. Neither of our two orders have been right ?

They totally forgot about my order in the drive thru. I waited over 30 mins after paying. I had to walk inside and receive my concrete only to get one that wasn’t fresh and that he just grabbed out of a freezer it was sitting in. I usually get great service and food but today was not that day.

Usually pretty good place here. Last 2 times I visited they’ve messed up my dessert order, easy fix, but annoying. Second time they didn’t give me my pretzel bites and wouldn’t do a refund because I called in after I got home and they were not there. No over the phone policy? I have a my debit card number and information but can’t do it? I didn’t want to make the 30 min round trip to get my 5 dollars back but, they offered me a value basket for free next visit instead. Takes my first name and says ok, and come in whenever to redeem. So just come in and say my first name for a free meal? Possibly, just not a position I’d want to put the customers in. They should have just refunded money, Good place, but been slacking lately.
