I went yesterday 7/15 to the grain valley Culver’s. Absolutely amazing. The staff was polite, respectful and professional. The food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere was amazing. This Culver’s will for now be my to go to. Parents if you have a child working there, you raised an amazing person. Management, you have a great staff . A place doesn’t make a place great. The individual in the place is what makes it great. Please give my thanks to the staff working yesterday around 2 my thanks for making a great experience and let them know what an amazing job they did/are doing. A little recognition goes along way.

Love, Love, culvers, we had a great experience every time we went there, love there grilled patty melt, crinkled fries were perfectly cooked, chocolate malt was delicious, shakes were also, they critique my sandwich to please me.. that’s my favorite thing. Can’t wait to see you all again…

Tried this location for the first time today to try the peach custard and burgers. Ordered the double deluxe with bacon and no tomato. Got home and my burger had no bacon, but had tomato. No exaggeration, my wife’s drink was half full and the peach custard had no caramel swirl. Literally every part of our order was wrong even though we spent $28. Lol.
