The burgers here are pretty good, certainly better than the product served at other fast food places. I appreciate that they cook your burger fresh at the time of your order, rather than leaving it to sit under a heat lamp for who knows how long, as other places might still do. The staff here is also friendly and helpful, in stark contrast to most places these days.

The chicken tenders look like fish sticks and had a few chewy parts that tasted inedible, but otherwise the onion rings were tasty, very good honey mustard sauce, and would rate the chicken tenders themselves as 3/5.

Ridiculous, ordered a single burger meal and the little girl in drive thru gives me a double burger no fries or drink, I also asked for chicken strip meal and she gives me just chicken strips. Very unprofessional and the little girl needs to pay more attention to customer needs….smh

I cannot make this up. I ordered a concrete (maraschino cherries & cheesecake pieces). When I get my concrete, there’s literally no cherries. When I take it back in to have it redone, they literally put 1 cherry in there? Are you serious!! You guys need to retrain your staff at this location. I understand there are alot of high school kids working there, but they need to understand customer service. My order was not correct in any way and instead of attempting to make it right, you try to be sarcastic and give me only 1 cherry. I will not order from here for awhile since you’re staff is not capable of completing an order accurately

1st let me say that I hate to leave a review like this but the youth that work at this location are starting to slip up. I almost ate a burger with a piece of a glove in it. Like how do you know see this before you give it to a customer. They blue vinyl gloves shouldn’t be worn when food handling for this reason. Some of the workers were in clear gloves while others weren’t

Used the drive thru early evening. It was busy but that’s okay. Received one wrong item. One item didn’t look any thing close to the advertised product. Seems like the employees were rushed and didn’t care about accuracy or how things looked.

My son loves their burgers, never really have any complaints about this location EXCEPT…. that nasty carpet in the lobby needs to be pulled up. The hard part of the lobby floor is always greasy and slippery. Also, all of the staff should be wearing HAIR NETS.

My Saltwater Tank
Great service and great food but the floors are always extremely slippery and greasy. This has been an issue before, during, and after the pandemic. Please use a dining room only mop and degreaser before someone falls and dies.

Always fun and friendly staff. It gets super busy but they always find time to verify the order with you, when you go in to take out, to make sure nothing is wrong. Never had a bad experience at this location. (Compared to one visited in ND that was severely lacking in all areas.)
