Went for lunch. Even though it was busy it didn’t take to long to get our food. Place is very clean and the staff is extremely nice. Also like that certain tables have outlets and charging stations.

Carry out took about 25 minutes for a burger, float, and 2x cheese curds. That’s not unheard of at Culver’s (probably 15 minutes is average for an order that size). The food was very good, plenty hot, and service was friendly. I’m sure the turnaround times will be great once they get things down to a science. This is their first week. Pretty great considering that!

Burger was extremely burnt but I honestly like it that way. My dining partner did not, however. His burger was burnt black and even the bacon was softer. The cashiers seem…mentally disabled. I don’t even mean this in a mean way. They honestly seem like they should have a responsible adult supervising them. All the tables were dirty. The employee bringing our food had to look at our number three times before deciding yes, we were the ones who ordered that. Even though we had the receipt and had ordered from her. Something is seriously wrong with your employees. They need medical attention.

My first time at Culver’s. I had a mushroom swiss double burger with fries and a Strawberry shake. When I first seen the burger, I thought it would be dry because it was smashed thin and not as thick as the picture. Always fast and friendly. However, the last two times my “chocolate” shakes have been vanilla. First time it had a tiny amount of chocolate syrup mixed in, but the second time it was completely vanilla. Didn’t bother getting it fixed the second time, wasn’t worth the wait on a busy Friday night. Frustrating when something as simple as a chocolate shake keeps getting screwed up.

Came in on the first day of opening and to say it was busy was an understatement. The workers handled the constant rush amazing and I got my semi-large order in only 5 minutes. The food as-well was amazing it’s great to now not have to travel all the way to arnold to get my favorite treat!
