My family chose to go to Culver’s today. At the drive up, the gal said that they were short staffed and to plan on 15-20 min wait to get food. We went ahead and ordered. The gal taking the order got it wrong. When I corrected her, she rudely said “that’s not what you said”… But it was. Everyone in my vehicle heard me order it right. We got to the window to pay. That worker was very pleasant and apologized because we couldn’t even pull up beyond the window, they were that backed up. (We should have left before we paid.) While we waited there, an employee posted a sign saying that , due to staffing shortages, the dining room was now closed. They were only operating thru the drive up. We pulled ahead as the cars ahead of us got their food. We watched customers being turned away. Finally, an employee came to our car and shoved our salad and burgers in our car, not even speaking. There was no apology for the delay. I looked at our clock and said ” Wow. That took an hour and 15 min. Not 15-20 min.” She rudely said “oh well!” and huffed off. I get that they were under staffed, but we won’t be returning anytime soon. Again, it was a Salad and 2 Mushroom Burgers.

This is the worst Culver’s! I have given this place numerous attempts. I went on a Friday at 5:30 and found the restaurant closed. I have gone on a Saturday to find the dining room closed. Numerous times, we have left the drive-through with items missing. And then tonight, I went in the drive-through and asked for A PINT of the flavor of the day, only to get to the window and receive a CUP of the flavor of the day. Whoever owns this store should consider cleaning house and find people who actually want to provide good customer service. This was the last time I will go to this Culver’s. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

This time they actually got my order correct. Every time I go, I generally say I’m not going back because there’s ALWAYS a screw up of some kind. One time they even forgot to make my order and I sat and waited over a half an hour

I went to Culver’s in Mt Zion today looking forward to a fish dinner. I called the order in for pick up. When I got home I was missing an entire kids cheeseburger meal along with 2 orders of cheese curds and no dinner rolls with my fish meal. I called them to let them know they told me to come in with my receipt so I did. They made my missing food but seemed fine I had to come all the way back to obtain my food. There was barely an apology or free fries or sundae. By the time I finally got to eat my food was cold. This was a very disappointing visit to Culver’s. We enjoy the fish meal very much but this treatment changes my perspective of Culver’s and their staffs attention to details. Sadly disappointed Tracy

French fries were cold when they were brought to us. Younger employees laughing and making fun of customers and other employees in front of everyone. Was told they had certain sandwiches and paid for them. To find out they didn’t have the buns. Gave us a double cheese burger and didn’t offer a refund.

The lady taking our entire order was very very polite and had a smile. I myself was having a off day but she made me smile and that lasted the rest of the day. She was patient and willing to do what it took to make sure we were satisfied.
