Owner is extremely tight. It doesn’t matter if you have coupons. We used the complimentary coupon which was provided by Adam and when we arrived to use them the meal ended up costing us more than it would have without using the coupons! Incredible! They don’t listen to you when you instruct them to cook your burgers well done even when you patiently wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Food is average at best depending on what time you go and who is cooking. Owner is greedy!!! Needless to say we won’t be dining here anytime soon. With so many other options why dine at an establishment where the owner doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and is extremely cheap! Unfortunately we cannot recommend this particular Culver’s. That’s a no from us!!!!

1st Culver’s has not disappointed on their selection and quality of food. Every item o choose has been terrific. The only sandwich I have an issue with is the fish sandwich, it’s thick it holds together well, and is even juicy, but it is bland.

I’ve always bragged on them and how they never mess up orders. Well the other day I got my son a kids meal cheeseburger. The burger had no cheese nor was I asked if I wanted condiments. And I couldn’t go back as I was on a 30 minute lunch. Manager Adam stated he would mail coupon which I don’t think is the same if I would have to spend money with coupon.

Used the curbside pickup service. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled time and checked in. Waited until ten minutes after my pick-up time to ask if I should come in or wait for my order, not knowing if it was done or I misunderstood the service.

There is no indoor dining right now, that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. The service was ok and the food was amazing as always! I can’t eat gluten or sugar but they reduced the price a bit for me since I got a burger without the bun. We ate outside – nice outdoor dining area!
