Ordered a medium butterscotch sundae with pecans. Told that Culver’s doesn’t have butterscotch. No problem. Asked if I could get caramel. Answered yes. Got to the window, and was asked by Clover if it was alright to get two single sundaes. I said, “No, I want one medium sundae.” My wife was eating this in the car while I was driving, and that was what I ordered. I got a dirty look, but she gave me one medium sundae. I thanked her, she said, “Have a nice day,” and closed the window. I noticed there were no pecans. I honked to get her attention, and got another dirty look. Told her there were no pecans, she grabbed the dish, put pecans in it, and brought it back to me. No apology. Just acted like I really put her out. It wasn’t even that busy.

Wow have never been treated like a number this bad. I came though the drive thru and was so disappointed. No thank you, hello or anything. The only hello or thank you came from the young lady that brought my food to the car. Unfortunately, the whole ordering process was very rude.

The lady that waited on me was kind of short. I’m b***** her flavor of the day sign wasn’t working right so she was irritated that we asked for it and then she was irritated that. My husband asked for it because she had already told me that it wasn’t working but. He wasn’t there at the time so. The tables that were available some were dirty so it limited your choice. My ice cream was good thank you.
