The restaurant was clean and new as expected. What was unexpected was the almost comical amount of salt that was poured all over our french fries. We did not ask for extra salt and the amount provided was truly unbelievable. We brushed off what we could and threw the rest away. I did not have time to go and stand in the long line to ask for them to be remade. I also did not want to risk having somebody tamper with the food.

I hate to give negative feedback. I’ve worked retail, I know how horrible it is, especially when you’re young–Culver’s is notorious for hiring children as young as 14. But this Culver’s location is awful. The employees are kind, friendly, and welcoming, but people are consistently given undercooked food or the wrong orders all-together. Wait times are 25 minutes or longer for simple orders. Employees lack an attention to detail and often punch-in the wrong orders, resulting in people getting overcharged or unwanted items. I suspect the managers are not training employees adequately.

Awesome service. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Food was fresh and hot. Malt was thick and chocolatey with a very malty flavor. Cheese curds were squeaky and fresh. All was delivered with fast cheerful service.

I typically have a decent time making an order, though this time just too frustrating to ignore. The teen that took my order had offered an upgrade to my meal, yet despite me politely declining he charged me for the upgrade ,sold me extra food I didn’t need (the bag looked fine til I actually pulled things out at home), and the receipt was misleading. I imagine he was just learning, and I really didn’t risk coming off as rude/assertive. It just stung badly, it’s like he just only wanted to get me out of the way so he could chit chat with his coworker (these kids turned around and made an older lady behind me wait longer. What the heck??). In all due respect, I want to be served by an experienced adult, please.

Only stop here if it’s your alternative to a sit down restraint. Service is soooooo slow. I originally chalked it up to being new in town, but 6-months later, not a thing has improved, in fact, it’s gotten worse. Forgotten items, sloppy presentation, and specials where you’re better off just ordering plain custard because you won’t be disappointed with the lack of toppings.
