While there’s a couple of Culver’s in and near Madison. I find myself driving across town to only go to this location. Nice, clean, good atmosphere too. Today after going through the drive thru. I got back out and sat on outside among their beautiful flowers. So nice.

I didn’t think to check the bag before driving away. Got all the way home to find the order was not correct. If it had been the first time I would not have been upset but it happens at least 1 in every 3 times we stop. This will be my last I stop at this one because I normally don’t say anything and when I went back to get the missing item they were rude about it. Very sarcastic.

We went through the drive through, asked for two orders of chicken and fries and got two shakes. It only listed one order of the food and we asked twice if they got both orders and we were told yes. We only got one order of chicken and fries, and we asked them to correct that. The guy who took our order and still messed up was sent out to talk to us.. then proceeded to giggle about it after we told him yet again that we ordered two orders of chicken and fries and he said “Well only one is listed. If you would like to come in and pay we can fix it.” So we said no and left. We won’t be coming here again.. terrible customer service.

I don’t get to go out to eat often, so when I do I always pick Culver’s. Todays lunch was bad! We should of left when they had so many workers behind the counter but nobody was taking orders. When someone was finally told to take our order you could tell she didn’t want to. We ordered two single cheeseburger baskets with everything but onions . We go to get our drinks. Our shoes were sticking to the dirty floor. The drink area was a mess . We had to clean a table because they were all dirty. Our cheeseburger baskets came but only one had no cheese or mustard. The lettuce was gross the bun was wet.

Both the lemon ice and the root beer my daughter got tasted terrible like the machines were dirty. We stopped to celebrate a softball win and with all the excitement my daughter accidentally broke the plastic table number. Instead of talking to an adult the manager came over and yelled at our children. I offered to pay for the table number and was told no he was sick of these kids always coming in there. This was the first and last time I will eat at this location.

We ordered 6 lunches, but when they were delivered to our table we could not tell who’s order was who’s without disassembling the burgers to see which one had pickles as an example. Would like to see individual orders (bags) labeled so we know in the future! Our food was cold by the time we figured them out.
