Normally since they make your food fresh you wait for what seems like forever. They were so slow one night they offered me a pint of ice cream as a consolation for the extremely long wait. HOWEVER, the last time I was there they were amazingly quick. I barely got into my pull ahead and wait spot and here came the food. Great improvement Culvers I hope you keep it up.

Food is good enough but the air conditioning was so aggressively, unnecessarily cold I felt the icicles developing under my nose and I lost 3 toes to frostbite. Turn up the temp to anything warmer than a midwest snowstorm and I’ll consider returning.

We get food from the drive thru regularly. The quality is always there and they seldom make mistakes (like once in 100 times). My families favorite take home food.!

Coming from someone who worked there, it’s a disaster. How the two managers, Gabby and Jess, treated their employees is wrong. Whenever something didn’t go according to plan, Gabby would threaten to write the staff up. And Jess has one of the worst attitudes, especially. Between the backhanded comments they’ll give; to the threatening remarks, I wouldn’t recommend working here at all.

I highly recommend literally everything on the menu (okay, so maybe I eat here often ha ha ha) but I don’t recommend the fish sandwich. I have tried it on a few occasions and it is the only item on the menu that I would not recommend. Lastly, it has been the grilled chicken sandwich. It’s so tasty!
