Culver’s is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I usually order a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink or substitute for the concrete mixer of the day (Make sure to specify that you want sauce on your sandwich, otherwise it comes plain with tomato and lettuce). You can’t beat a darn good burger and fries and especially an old fashioned drive-in! The broccoli bites are great (gotta dip ’em in ranch)! Make sure you bring cash to this location since they do not take credit or debit cards. (There is an ATM right across the street if push comes to shove).

Ordered curbside pickup because I had a sleeping child in car. Got back across town to where I was staying. After carrying child in I found that the French fries were missing from one of the meals. I called the restaurant and they would not refund me the cost back to my credit card the order was placed with. They would only give a refund if I drive back there which is a 20 minute round trip. They offered to send me a coupon for a free fry but it was only good for that particular location. Not too helpful when I live 170 miles away. Then I got off the phone and found that they didn’t put ketchup and mustard on the burger as ordered. Very disappointed in such bad service.

Been sitting at my table waiting for my food to get done. Place is swamped and people all over are sitting but not getting their food timely. I ordered and it’s been 30 minutes plus. It seems like to go food is getting fulfilled much quicker than lobby.

Thought I’d give it another try. Ordered 2 piece cod dinner. Asked if I wanted tartar. Yes…got home. No tartar no butter for my roll. Fish was dry. the turtle sundae was amazing.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. There were maybe 5 other tables of people eating but not a single table to be found that was clean. The trash cans were also heaping full of trash. Decided to stop in the next day on our way back through just for some frozen custard and after standing in line in the lobby for 10 minutes completely unacknowledged we decided to leave. Was dirty again Saturday evening. I have been in many Culver’s between Michigan and Wisconsin and this was shockingly dirty and the only bad experience we’ve ever had. Sadly not once but twice.

Petoskey location had a really hard time on Saturday, July 8th. Could not get the food out, waiting time was 20 minutes for food delivery to table. They had a lot of employees but just couldn’t keep up with demand. Tables, trash, bathroom, every single thing needed attention. I love Culver’s but this location is struggling with the company standard.
