I normally get good food and service from here. But my pub burger meat was cold and dry. The cheese did not even melt. I also ended up getting an extra order of fries, which I did not order, but was billed.

The food tasted great mostly. My burger was cold. The staff were nice and friendly. My main problem was how long it took us to get our food. I ordered 3 adult meals and 3 kids meals. Burgers and chicken strips and corndogs. We waited 35 minutes for our food inside. The people we came in with were done eating way before we got our food. Even people who ordered after us got their food before we did. It was a pain to keep the kiddos from acting out because they were hungry for that long.

This location is in dire need of retraining their staff and learning how to make the drive thru line flow more quickly. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order of fries with a side of cheese sauce. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes. For any order. That’s ridiculous. Some of the teens taking the orders are actually very polite and friendly and seemingly try their best. It’s obvious this location is busy so it’s time to come up with a better strategy so people aren’t waiting more than half an hour for their food.

The food we got was good and hot. The burgers were done really well, where it fell apart was the service. There were about 10 people waiting inside and even more in the drive-thru. There were a lot of orders ready to go, but no one was delivering them. Behind the counter, it seemed like a giggle festival with the servers. 5 plus people behind the counter and no manager ot seemed like.

I’ve come to expect long lines going to Culver’s, but this location wins the prize. Three quarters of the place is filled and we are all waiting for our food. I sure hope the being my malt with my burger, I fear I’ll never see it. Hire more help! Or better yet build another Culver’s to share the orders!!

I truly enjoy eating here. But today I ordered a scoop of vanilla custard with hot fudge, cashews and heath. Well very disappointed. You needed a magnifying glass to find the cashews and heath and Hot fudge. Hope this person doesn’t make my desert ever again! I never had a problem before.

For some reason the people that work here are so absolutely rude. i always get the feeling that they are annoyed and irritated that I have the audacity to order food at a restaurant that sells food. Hate coming here but proximity makes it convenient. Ugh. Good luck if they get the order right too.
