Burger was great. Definitely try those pretzels also when you go. Took home pints of ice cream. Raspberry Cheesecake, hubby said it was the best ice cream he’s tasted in awhile. Chocolate Covered Strawberry was amazing also. Will definitely return to dine in next time.

Brandon the manager made sure we had a great experience. I needed sweetener. As I walked to the counter no one was looking my way. But Brandon quickly approached and asked what I needed. He was very attentive to my group. Great service Brandon! But Culvers — do better with the fries. That’s why you get a four and not a five. Senior management needs to change the vendor or something. But I won’t be ordering the fries again. Honestly fries are a fail for most restaurants.

The ice cream was good, teller didn’t ask my name just assumed the name on my ID tag with the biggest letters was my name. I had never been and there wasn’t much direction how to order, or what to do when you’re done ordering for dinning in. The bathroom was very small for me (little heavy set) the toilet paper ripped apart every time I tried to pull some out to a length needed. Very frustrating. The door opens right into whoever is standing at the sink. Wants you to feel like it’s a restaurant but it’s a glorified fast food joint. The salted caramel shake was good. The ranch taste not like what I’m used to reach tasting like…but I believe it is a house blend.

I walked in waiting to place the order and needed to walk out. This is the second try at this restaurant and I won’t be going back. I did not feel confident with the service at the front desk. It did not appear that the individuals taking the orders knew what they were doing. Also, the order takers were kind of mumbling, not friendly. I love Culver’s food and always get good service at the Grand Haven location. This one is a disappointment.
