I must first admit that I have more good experiences at Culver’s than not. Last night I decided to try the new Pepper Pub cheeseburger value basket. The fries were great, the smoothie although too thick, was very tasty (it had the consistency of a thick shake rather than a smoothie). The burger looked delicious on the display however, the bun was tough and quite frankly it tasted old and stale (everything bun), my burger was very dry and it was room temperature. I expected better from Culver’s and I intend to reach out to customer service. I must say, all of the employees we encountered were pleasant and polite and that was refreshing.

This was great compared to a lot of other fast food places! The food was good, almost everyone was very nice (minus the lady making our shakes, she was cranky but still said “you too” when I said have a good day). Pretty impressed, thanks for a good experience!

Drive through system is very confusing I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and a cup of water and car behind me got his food. First don’t understand why . There should be signs or the drive through cashier should be clearly informing patrons to pull around to pick up parking spot number 5 on the opposite side of the building to pick up their order .I had several clients In line behind me because I wasn’t familiar with the drive through procedures different from any other food establishments . Also have them inform clients that grilled chicken sandwich may take longer than otter items – That’s why the client behind me got their food first but it was not told to me at the tine of order that grilled chicken sandwich’s May take a little longer – Staff was very courteous and food was very delicious

This visit was probably the worst ever!! There was not a table in the dining room that wasn’t dirty. Out of unsweetened tea, no ketchup, didn’t bring Our complete food order. Napkin holders were pretty disgusting. I noticed the mall having gloves are in but one girl came from outside touching the doors and then handed me a food container when I asked, with the same gloves on. Another worker was writing with an ink pen and touching food containers. Didn’t bring the cheese dip we ordered didn’t bring salad dressing that we ordered the mashed potatoes were cold. We probably won’t be back to this location. Hayes and 23 miles is much better!!

My husband and I stopped in grab a couple of single deluxe combos. We used the drive thru and it was the best service we’ve had anywhere in a while sorry I did not get there names. It was March 23 around 2pm. All employees where smiling and so friendly from Taking our order and getting our food. It was fast service as well. And the Burgers AMAZING and fries we had just pulled over in parking lot to eat as we had more errands. But the food was so hot and freah. We can’t say enough great things about our visit and appreciate all those works that do a great job. Thanks for all you do.

First timer, unlocked hidden menu. No where on the menu said a #10 had an option to be a triple. Was not disappointed. Being a husky man I would prefer more fry’s. Clean restaurant, friendly and polite.

My new favorite location! You wait a bit sometimes, but the quality is good and doesn’t seem thrown together. I’ll say a drink with no ice and they always hear me and follow through. My dog was in the passenger seat once, and then they asked if he wanted a puppy scoop. No idea what that was at first but basically they gave him custard with a dog treat. It was so cute! (I have since learned he was lactose intolerant from his gas later that day, but it was still a sweet gesture!) I saw a golden retriever leaving as I was getting my drive through order, so it looked like they even allow them in the building.
