Another nice experience, always a go to! Had great shrimp and fish along with fries and coleslaw. This time took a little time but that is expected on a BUSY Friday and fish order takes a bit of time.

Love Culver’s! Their burgers are made with fresh, not frozen beef and you can tell. Quality food, fresh and relatively quick. Don’t leave without having a frozen custard….it’s so smooth and creamy. I have found Culver’s to have friendly and professional staff and their dining rooms are always clean.

The service and food is often very good, although there have been misses. My big gripe lately, and the reason I’ve not been back as much of late, is they changed their Pupcups from their frozen yogurt to just whipped cream. They didn’t even warn me of the change. My dogs are a huge reason why I went through here, and it’s a shame because otherwise they’d allow me to give 5 stars, but as it stands my pups are heartbroken.

I gave 3 stars only for taste. When first opened, they were on the ball. The food and custard was perfect. I’m seeing a downward trend now..very disappointing. Beware, some staff will automatically charge you a double burger if you don’t specify single…shady tactics…like who does that??!! The concrete mixers have less toppings and barely mixed now. And the sundaes are thrown together. First pic is how is once was, the other is an example of what it is now. More training and monitoring is needed for this location.

This Culver’s location has improved in quality and consistency since opening to be similar to the locations in Wixom and Brighton. I usually pick up burgers and chicken sandwiches with sweet tea, fries and cheese curds on the way home after work or grocery shopping. The wait in the drive-thru is about the same as other locations as their food is made fresh after ordering.

One of my top two burger joints. Service is always great and very friendly. Very tasty burgers! We always dine in, but do see quite a bit of lines forming at the drive through so you may want to becareful when using it.

Usually food pretty good. Grilled cheese the other day was not great. Service was SO slow, long wait along with 15 other cars pulled aside. Then lid not on amd soda spilled in car. Not at peak time either. Very pricey, too. But is nice better food than some alternatives.

Honestly- every employee was making sure I got my free scoop cause it’s my bday today, the dedication I swear they need a raise (opel I’m pretty sure was the lady’s name she’s so sweet)

The wait was long, food was ok, cost for two adult meals and a child’s meal was $35. Cheese curds were good when hot, fries were not as good as McDonalds or Wendy’s. Burger was tasteful but not as good as Wendys, tomato was NOT ripe and they advertise ripe tomatoes. Lemonade was very watered down and when I pointed it out to the person who brought our food out, he said thanks for letting me know, but didn’t offer to change it out for one that was full strength. The one thing that was pretty good was the concrete mixer, we choose Andes Mints and chocolate custard, the mints were chunky and well distributed throughout the flurry and very plentiful. Overall, I think we will skip Culver’s and go to Wendy’s.
