Wow! I had not been to Culver’s for a while and was very pleased with the food and service. You can get a milk shake in 3 different sizes and I asked for chocolate and he asked if I wanted chocolate ice cream or vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and I chose vanilla w/chocolate. I could taste the difference and it was terrific. I also had 3 options of different cheeses for my burger. I will definitely be a regular customer in future!

It was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had at a drive through. The lady at the window was so unprofessional and thought she was being funny, but none of us thought it was. She threw the drink carrier at us and tried laughing it off and threw straws at us. I called the manager and all he did was tell us that it wasn’t their policy to act like that. I went inside cause the order was messed up and talked face to face with the manager and he did not take it seriously at all. The lady (if you can even call her that) thought it was still a joke when I tried asking her why she did what she did. I would understand if we didn’t treat her with respect but we used all the manners in the book. I have the whole thing on video and you can easily see how she was acting. Either do something about it or I’m posting it on social media and calling corporate. Thank you and have a nice day.

Cleanest Culver’s I’ve ever been in! Others I’ve been to usually have sticky or greasy floors but this one was very clean to to bottom. The food and service were just as great as always at Culver’s.

I went to Culver’s for lunch and I was happy and pleased with my experience. When I was ordering, the employee taking my order, I believe his name was Isaac, was very nice and polite. I got my lunch not long after I ordered, which was a blessing since I was pretty hungry. The food looked very presentable and was very delicious . The service there was very friendly and helpful. Especially one female employee who recommended what I should get next time I came. I completely felt welcomed there and would recommend this place to anyone. For sure a 5 star ⭐!

Last 3 trips I’ve made through the drive through, all at different locations was an exceptionally long wait, both to order and then to have the order brought to the car. Friendly service and maybe I’ve just hit them at busy times, but I’ll probably choose another place next time I come by if there is any wait at all in the drive through line.
