Went to Culver’s, swapped fast food for slow food. The service was slower than a sloth on vacation. Food was decent, nothing heroic. Ordered ice cream and felt like they were milking the cow out back. Thought about hopping over the counter to help, but left my sloth manual at home. Next visit? I’ll bring a calendar to mark the wait.

I was so excited to get a Culver’s in the area. The first few times we went, I chalked the errors up to the staff simply working the bugs out of the new store. But, every single time we go there, there is an issue. We have been forgotten in the drive thru twice where I actually called the store to as about our food. I kid you not. They forgot we were there!! When we bring the food home, the order has not been right once. Tonight they gave me a chocolate concrete mixer with no mix ins. Not a one! Then, they gave me a vanilla one (which we didn’t order) with the correct mix ins. With the wait times and order frustrations, it’s getting to the point that it isn’t even worth going. I have enjoyed every other Culver’s I have ever visited. This one, just can’t seem to figure it out.

Visited again line was long and many people parked waiting. Left and went to DQ in and out. I sat in line behind 4 other cars for 30 min jut to get to the pay window. The food her is not that good. This location needs to figure out how to move it along faster.

We stopped in on Saturday night July 8th around 8:00pm to get ice. We started ordering our ice cream for the family only to be told “Sorry I’ve just been told by my manager we’re no longer selling ice cream tonight” I replied what? “Yeah… My manager just said don’t take anymore orders for ice cream tonight. We ended up leaving and heading across the street to DQ.

Talk about snail service I ordered Pretzel bites onion rings and a concrete mixer it took over 15mins to get my order and it was nothing to make. Would not recommend if you had somewhere to be. They make you pull up to save the drive time. An order like that should be done and out by drive time but nope 15 plus mins. It was. Not worth the money especially for the wait time.

I love the food but every single time I order a sandwich I tell them just tomato and onion. Every single time I get home it has lettuce. I’m allergic to lettuce so I throw it away. How hard is to understand tomato and onion.

Check your order good before you leave. Ordered and paid for a double deluxe. Waited for 25 minutes. Got home and had a single. Drove back, took it inside, they gave me my money back and threw the bag in the trash. Will not return.
