This place is really nice if they would do a lot of training with the young adults working. They messed up our order, and the second time, they did it again. Not to mention the place needed several tables cleaned and I could see workers standing back on their phones instead of cleaning.

Well, the “manager” wants me to excuse the missing item from my bag because they’re in the middle of a rush. He sounds like he’s 16 at best and wanted to rectify the situation by sending me a coupon in the mail. This after he said, well when is the next time you’ll be coming to Culver’s. All I could say was, I don’t plan it weeks in advance… I’m confused as to why you’re so confused. This can’t be the first time something was missing from a bag. PS, there were 3 people in front of me and no on behind me.
