New staff almost got our order right. Ordered 2 “basket” meals. A small and medium butter-burger single on each basket . Received 2 small drinks, 2 small fries and both baskets had doubles. Hesitated to bring it up because we ended up ahead but had to pay the upcharge because of the double burgers. Brought it up to a more senior member of staff and shortly they refunded the difference between what was ordered and what we paid. NICE! Burgers were great. I thought they (the doubles) were adequate sized… wife thought they were very big. If this is what fresh tastes like, I like it. Don’t be afraid of the crowds, they have plenty of help right now. Don’t forget to patronize BK across the street. They need your love too.

Great food as always, just check your bag before you leave drive through. They make huge mistakes sometimes. Cheeseburgers might not be thoroughly cooked.

First time dining at Plymouth Culver’s. Busy but not crazy busy. 15 minute plus wait on food order for 3. 2 kids meals and a butterburger meal. Went up front to find out delay..supposedly waiting on the fries.. rest of the meal suffered from the wait on fries. Gave coupon for free meal as a sorry. Not good at all. Culver’s are usually best of the burger joints..not this time. Will pass on this place next time in town.

Doesn’t have much atmosphere it was kinda blah. The food was pretty good though and service was perfect. Not too many times you have a cashier at a fast restaurant suggest a sauce to pair with your meal and actually get it right so gotta give them that.
