I haven’t eaten at Culver’s in years. I lobe their vanilla custard. The dinner was good. I was in town for 10 days. Couldn’t resist going back for the custard three times while in town.

Every time I’ve been here the experience has been great. To describe my most recent visit: Went inside to order approx. 45 minutes before close (I know, I truly hate to be THAT guy ). Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by the F.O.H. employee, who then took my order of a single concrete mixer. Thankfully Culver’s accepts contactless payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc), which always earns an establishment points in my book Received my order in no more than 2 minutes, it was correctly made and presented in a clean manner (no ice cream dripping down the cup, etc). Both employees I interacted with were genuinely friendly, and I never got the impression that I was interrupting the closing duties or anything like that. So in summary: Great service, great atmosphere, great food, what more could a person expect?

First time eating at this location. The burgers we ordered were outstanding. The fries were fresh and my malted milkshake was good. Food was brought to our table quickly after we ordered. I would eat here again.

I sat waiting for my strawberry watermelon smoothie. They gave it to the truck behind me. They had already drank out of it because I spoke to them. The guy bringing food to the cars took it from them and tried to hand it to me. Disgusting!!!! I walked around to the side door and spoke to the manager and he tried to hand me one that was sitting on the counter. I refused it and he made me one while I was standing there! These kids need to understand that you don’t take food or drink items back from someone else and you don’t try to give them to someone else after it’s been handed out. Just gross! I won’t go back to this location!
