Very good and consistent. I frequent Culver’s when I lived in Nashville so the for was just as I’ve always had. The service was fast and employees trained well for this new establishment to the area. Great job!

Everything you would expect from a Culver’s! Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food. The butterburgers are delicious and a must. The frozen custard is unmatched, totally delicious. If you’ve never had Culver’s before, I highly recommend it. It’s very good.

Truly a gem sent from Wisconsin. No complaints. For $50, you could heartily feed a family of 5 or, in my case, an Army vet trying everything his eyes see.

I love Culver’s. Best tenderloins. But, they totally screwed up my order. I picked up my order, got home and no fries, no onion rings, and my tenderloin had only one condiment of the three I asked for. Ordered 3 pieces of fish and only got 2 pcs.

Ok we were so excited about trying Culver’s, but didn’t want to wait too long since the lines are crazy. Finally got to try it tonight and I’m not impressed. I had the butter burger combo with fries and a Oreo custard. The fries were the most flavorful out of everything. My burger lacked seasoning. The only flavor my custard had was from the Oreos. My hubby spent almost $20 for my combo and chili cheese fries that he got for himself. Maybe I’ll try something else since this was our first time trying.

My family enjoyed both a frozen custard run and a dinner her this weekend. We were culvers regulars in Colorado Springs and are very impressed with the service, the food and the friendliness of this location. My spouse and I are both former fast food restaurant managers and know this is not an easy job.. but way to go we definitely will be returning. Thank you.

Was eager to try the new Culvers in Hazel Green. The service was very good, ordering was somewhat complicated until you get to know the menu (it’s extensive and not the easiest to read). The food was good, but my wife and I both ordered a single patty burger and got a double (and got charged for it). Fries were the typical frozen fries…not bad, but not great. Frozen custard was ok (I got the vanilla with fruit mixed in), but nothing special. Had some friends go with us and he got the shrimp platter…shrimp were huge for a fast food restaurant. We spent $24 for two burgers, fries, drinks, and the custard. Felt like it was expensive for what we got.

Would give 0 stars if possible!! My husband and I waited in the drive thru line for an uncomplicated order for 45 minutes before our food was brought to us and it wasn’t even correct. We spoke to the girl who gave us the order and told her it was incorrect and she ran back in. We waited an additional 10 minutes and then parked and went in to speak with the manager and get our missing items. When my husband stated that we had been there almost an hour waiting and we still didn’t have our correct order the manager handed my husband the remainder of our order, called him a liar and refused to acknowledge the issue.

Food is kinda mid. First, If you want a Reese’s cup milkshake, l’d probably just recommend going to Sonic. Their chicken tenders taste like someone put them in an air fryer or something. Their fries are okay, still not even that good and sadly they were probably the best part of the food.. Also, they forgot my BBQ sauce, even after asking what sauce I wanted with my meal at the ordering screen(says BBQ Sauce on the receipt too). $26 for two people at fast food is kinda crazy too.. all we got was a 4pc chicken tender meal, cheeseburger meal, and two shakes.. how is that worth $26??

I drove through the first week of opening and although it had been packed every time I drove by this time I got there before the crowds so decided to stop (drive through). There were 2 or 3 cars in front of me. One received their order and the other was pulled. I ordered a chicken sandwich, got to the window to pay and I was also pulled and my food was brought out to me fairly quickly by a friendly staff member and was pretty darn good. Not the best but I enjoyed it. My only complaint would be this… when they pull you they hand you a sticky paper with a number on it (or maybe it was my name, I don’t recall) and thinking because it was a sticky like note assumed they wanted me to place it on my window which I did. I do not recommend this as when I removed it the sticky glue from it stuck to my newly washed cars window like a price tag will. Well not a big deal but lesson learned. I would however like to know where they get them from cause I cant get a sticky note to stay where I want it to, to save my life. LOL
