Ordered for curbside pick up. Waited a half hour then called the restaurant. Pretty sure they forgot about our order. Custards were melted and curds were cold. They forgot a drink and cheese sauce.

This restaurant is extremely good for a quick sit down lunch or supper and if you prefer a grab & go at the drive thru. Love the Culver Classic double deluxe or the Culver Bacon deluxe French fries or onion rings. But the desserts are absolutely a must have.

Food is good, but service is dismally slow at this location. Indoor dining was also incredibly hot temperature wise in the summer (we may as well have eaten outside). It took a good 15 minutes from ordering until we got our food. If we eat here again, I would probably just go through the drive-thru…you’ll get your order much faster and won’t have to deal with the heat. Best item no one orders: The pretzel bites with cheese dip.

Food was great as always … Although being used to Culver’s in Wisconsin, it never seems quite the same.

The Staff were so kind and helpful! They got one order wrong but immediately fixed the problem with a smile. The chocolate custard ice cream after the meal was delicious as well. Gave a 3 for food due to how greasy the burgers were. My son commented on his burger as well.

I sat in the drive thru, which had a line wrapped around the building for a good 37 minutes with not one car moving. Idk what was going on. I ended up having to leave because all the other restaurants close by were going to close soon and I didn’t want to go home hungry. I suggest if you choose to go here to eat you should come when you have patience to wait over an hour to get service.

Typical middle America dairy store. Burgers, chicken, the occasional salad or hot dog and then a raft of frozen dairy treats. Ice cream and shakes are top notch.

Drive through took almost 30 mintues. Meals were tiny. Two meals and two shakes over $30. My burger was maybe 2oz at best. It looked like someone sliced a 4oz patty in half. It litteraly had knife marks on one side and was so thin you could see through it. Never thought I would say this but I would have been better off and happier going to McDonald’s. PS I hate McDonalds but thats a step up from this.

I was in the mood for fish and chips so I checked Culver’s menu. Just a few blocks away from me, so I gave their fish a try. They told me up front a 15 minute wait for the kitchen. Okay, don’t know why, they weren’t busy at all. I paid 24 dollars for 3 piece cod dinner and drink, and bought a milkshake too. The fish was terrible I threw most of it away. Soggy, and not cooked well enough to set the batter. The fries were okay. Milkshake was mediocre, no better than McDonald’s. The 1 star is for the friendly staff. The food is waaaaay overpriced, I don’t think I’ll go back. If you want a 5 dollar milkshake that taste no different than soft serve ice cream, this is your place, just stay away from the fish. It’s terrible.
