Great lunch spot especially if you have a Tesla! The food was fresh and the fries were crisp and delicious. The restaurant seemed clean and well maintained. While the food comes out a little slower than other fast food places it was more fresh. Dining in gave a weird vibe because the dining area was very dim and the natural light doesn’t make it all the way in due to the set up of the booths. Lastly the restaurant has two free Tesla destination chargers in the north east corner of the parking lot though they max out at 2kW so you may only gain a percent or two.

Horrible service! Placed a curbside pickup order said be done at 8:57, got there and texted the prompt here at 9:01. Sat there for 15 minutes no one came out. Had to go inside and order was just sitting there. Got home food was ice cold. Fries hard. Called the store asked for refund. Said they couldn’t because it was online order. Which makes absolutely no sense! The only solution I got with very rude manager Michelle, was to drive back up there at 9:30pm. I said I am not and I wanted a refund. She stated that I had no reason to be upset and that she was going to put my name on a remake list but since I was upset she isn’t going to and hung up!

When I first came to Culver’s, I felt very welcome and impressed with how stylish it looked. The food is delicious, you can get a healthy choice like salad or you can be a little devious and get that creamy custard. The staff is friendly, and when something is wrong, they’re very understanding and will do their best to help when they can.

Wow! These employees have great hospitality and are very professional. I placed an order for 8 people. They were very patient with me and each unique order. Fred, the cashier, seemed to be a new hire teenager, and he did a phenomenal job. He was very polite and attentive. He read my order back to me to make sure everything was correct and he didn’t miss a beat. The lady training him was also awesome as she took her time to remind him how to enter a menu item so that customers’ orders were placed correctly. We gave him a tip, and she congratulated him on doing well. I’ll definitely go back!

I ordered a fish sandwich meal with a blended ice cream. The fish sandwich was hot, the fries were good, and soda was good too. The dining area was clean. There are bathrooms inside and don’t need a key. There is plenty of parking and also a drive thru.

I want to start by saying we come here every weekend for a Concrete Mixer…love them. Wanted to try something new so wife ordered the Caramel Cashew Sundae. The Dead Sea has less salt than this thing. Not sure what happened but completely inedible.
