We stopped here during their Grand Opening with two of our granddaughters after a round of disc golf. The place was packed but the service was outstanding. The food was delicious and the people were very helpful and friendly. The girls loved their free custard for dessert. We will definitely be back as we play disc golf in New Smyrna quite often.

Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service. Many cars in the parking lot but most are for the employees as the inside was not crowded. Several managers came to check on us while we ate. The custard melted quite fast by the time it was delivered to our table.

Went here the first day it opened and had a great burger and fries. We’ve come back several times now and each time was met with disappointment in the quality of the food prepared. One time I ordered a “concrete”, which is a frozen custard dessert, but by the time my order came it was mostly liquid (and our order came out rather quickly). The burgers are incredibly inconsistent in shape and size. Sometimes a single has as much meat as a double and other times there isn’t enough super thin patty to cover the bun. The one thing that has been consistent is the grease. There is a ton of it and it forms a pool below the burger which will definitely kill your bun if you aren’t careful to move the burger from the low point of the tray. Customer service is near non-existent. There are a ton of people working the register at all times but none of them really seem to know what they’re doing. Good luck if you’re headed here. I hope you have a better experience than our past 3-4 times.

I enjoy Culver’s as much as I can enjoy a fast food place. The burgers are good, with plenty of flavor and served nice and hot. Fries were good, fresh and had just the right amount of salt. Prices are up there a little bit, but the service is better than a lot of other quick places, and the food is fresher.

As we finished our Butter burgers at Culver’s we went back to the front to order some frozen custard to make the night memorable. Sadly we didn’t get our Custard for a good 20 minutes a little bit better than our past experience a few days prior that took around 30. The cleanliness of the restrooms and the kind workers definitely made up for some of the wait time, and the overall experience.

Attention I-95 & Locals ~ The Newest & Best Luxury FastFood in New Smyrna Beach is CULVER’S ~ We recently enjoyed a fresh, hot n tasty dinner, Ashanti & Kya perfectly took care of our order, Letrell, Shift Mgr., checked to confirm our satisfaction and Paris thanked us for visiting. We ate in the very clean dining room, DriveThru is just as good but always very busy. The winning combination of caring, efficient team & fresh, hot n tasty food, oh yeah, & ice cream to please! Definitely beats nearby Wendy’s.

We ate in the car as we took our dog to lunch for her 8th birthday. Daphne had a grilled cheese sandwich and french fries. Mom had swiss mushroom burger and dad had cod sandwich. With drinks all under $20.00. Great value for the money. Good food..even Daphne gives it 5 stars and can’t wait for her 9th birthday.

Fantastic opening day! Everything inside was spotless and organized. We were greeted by everyone when we walked in, pur orders were taken quickly and food was brought out even faster. My food was delicious and ice cream was perfect. We were checked on several times while eating and overall a fantastic experience. 10/10. Also, sorry that Richard who left a 1 star had to be “that person”. Anyway, keep up the great work everyone! Definitely will be back!

I waited twenty minutes for my food in the dining room. Ridiculous, it wasn’t even busy either. Culver’s has always been way too slow this isn’t a first. They need to be more efficient and organized to bring the wait times down. Chicken, grilled chicken can be done in 10 -12 minutes….why does it take 20 minutes? Also, the quantity of broccoli I received for my side was truly a pathetic display of mediocrity… hardly any in the container. In fact the container it came in probably cost more than the three small chunks of broccoli in it. Do better please!
