I have ordered a mint concrete mixer on three different occasions. The first time the ice cream was so melted I could drink it like a milkshake. The second time I was given a cheesecake concrete mixer. I went to exchanged it for what I asked for and the lady got an attitude. The third time was tonight and I got a chocolate milkshake melted with no mint candy or Oreo cookies nothing, just melted chocolate ice cream with mint syrup or something. I don’t know why this is so difficult for them but I’m done. I never have these problems at Dairy Queen and their mint chocolate blizzard is never melted and always filled with chocolate. No more Culver’s.

Was on the way home from the smoky mountains back to South Florida and we pulled off the road and we’re very satisfied with this stop. The burgers and the fried chicken were excellent onion rings, outstanding and you cannot go home without trying the custard or getting an ice cream cone. This place should really be an ice cream shop. It’s a hidden gem for anyone that’s looking for ice cream or custard but I absolutely love the butter burger great service everyone and there was so finally wish we had that kind of service in South Florida.

Just has a wonderful delicious lunch at the Culver’s Lake City. The burgers were top notch but the service was the shining star. Dale waited in us and while cleaning the dining room, checked on us by name. Nate delivered our food promptly and made sure I had ketchup and anything else I needed. Both had huge smiles and a very welcoming way about them. We are just traveling through but I wish all team members in restaurants around the state were like these 2!

The staff was friendly. Despite being SUPER busy, we got through the drive through relatively quickly. They have a double drive through. When you pay, you’re given a ticket to stick to your side mirror and someone brings your food out. Appreciate the variety of choices on their menu too. The food was really good as well. Definitely going to be a favorite.

Great food and great service however the last 3 times I’ve been for a lemon ice smoothie (which are my favorite) there is no lemon ice. Starting to sound a lot like McDonald’s. Currently just tried to order again no lemon ice so we ordered strawberry shakes instead only to get to the window to be told the strawberries are frozen. Guess I’ll have to go elsewhere.
