Very first time trying Culver’s out. I drive past it when I have to take my son to his appointment but never stopped by. It wasn’t until I was watching a show on an app and the ad for the fish sandwich came on. It caught my attention because I drive past it twice a week. So today I decided to give it a try and my word it was good. My son liked his burger and my younger son loved the chicken tenders. Everything was served freshly made. I don’t mind the wait for fresh cooked food. So glad we tried it out. The customer service was great as well. From the moment I arrived to the speaker my order was taken. Once I arrived to the window I was greeted immediately and the transaction went quick. A Team member came and informed me right away about my order and explained to me what occurred. I had no issue waiting because she was so nice about it. Then once my order came the young man greeted himself and read my irder back to me. That’s awesome customer service. Will be back to try something else on the menu.

With fast, friendly service and a casual atmosphere, Culver’s on Ladson Road is a great place for a meal or quick snack with the family. After ordering at the counter, pick your choice of table, booth, or barstool-style seating and put your order number tag on the table (white one pictured is for a frozen custard order). Food is prepared and delivered quickly and is delicious. I love bringing my boys here after school for a snack and a relaxed place to do their homework. The food is great and the staff is courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!

Super clean, very friendly staff, and service was great. Website was very useful for allergies. The whole family had a great time. I wish I could have had a burger, but really the only thing that looked safe for celiac/ gluten free was the salad. Cashew salad was great. Family’s food looked great too!

Ordered online for pickup. Parked and checked in and sat there. 10 minutes later I call them, they say sorry it’ll be right out and are you sure your at the Ladson location. Another 10 minutes go by and I call again. A different person answered and I was asked again if I was at their location, I explained I was in their parking lot for 20 minutes. Finally part of my order comes out and I have to wait on the rest, 20 minutes and an hour notice wasn’t enough time for them to prepare my 2 combo order. Get home and yep, my order is wrong! Do not order ahead and I’ll go so far as to say don’t even go there. When I called a 3rd time I was asked to come back, why? Why would I? 20 minutes and thanks for your money this is what we want you to have. Unbelievable!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Culver’s with my family last night. We brought 6 kids and I couldn’t believe how kind the staff was. The place was beyond clean and every mess that’s as made was cleaned up within minutes! Food was fast and kids meal prices made it possible for us to bring all the kids out to eat. Not to mention the ice cream flavor of the day was amazing. Thank you for a fun time!

Absolutely delicious! All I got was the classic double deluxe butter burger but man was it worth it. The restaurant is very clean and nice, with little flower vases on the tables. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was clean. A+ stop for lunch!

They had burnt up my fish sandwich but they came to my vehicle to let me know that they will cook it fresh and it’s going to be a little longer for the wait. But when my food was brought to my vehicle, they compliment my meal with a free ice cream for the wait. America we have a perfect restaurant that cares about their customers satisfaction.
