I got the smokehouse BBQ cheddar burger and my wife got the mushroom swiss burger. The food was good, not great, but good. I’ll definitely give them another try. Service was great, nice clean restaurant. Oh, we also had the oreo overload custard. It was really good.

I know it’s rare these days to get decent customer service, so it really makes the good service stand out! I want to brag on the kids working tonight, and I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow too! These kids working the drive thru tonight were the most polite and sweetest, funniest kids I think I’ve ever met in fast food! Their parents should be so proud of them. The way they interact with customers as humans but also being so kind and doing their job, it really goes a long way. You never know what that customer has gone through that day. It already being close to closing time, you know they are ready to go. It did not matter with these kids. They really brightened my day. At that point they could have completely messed my order up and I would have been just fine! These kids have been raised right, and it shows. The good management here shows through their employees!

Normally this place gets 5 stars all the time, but we went today and the burgers were great, just dry. I’m not sure if there is a new hire in the kitchen who is still learning, or if this is the beginning of a down hill for the place, more information is needed. It could very well just be a one off due to new employees. I still HIGHLY recommend this burger joint, and their new pub burger is great. The one thing I wish they had to go with such delicious cheesy burgers is onion straws, but alas they don’t have those.

Best fast food restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Went to the one in Kernersville, NC. Ordered extra crispy french fries with my Burger. Usually takes a while most places but the food came out before I could get my ketchup and sit down. Fries and burger was just right. The staff constantly checks to see if you need anything. Clean booths and tables, plus workers aim to please the customer. Pleasantly surprised!

Fast service but I think people exaggerate about the food. The butter burger just tastes like a regular burger and just as thick. The fried cheese curds were nice and crispy on the outside and melted on the inside, but they were too salty and couldn’t taste the cheese! This place is pricey so I used some coupons I got in the mail. I gave some to the family waiting on the line next to me. The father thanked me and told the cashier that he was thankful for the coupons because “this place is too expensive”!

Rich Corcoran (General Manager) is the man! When we entered the dinning hall some costumers were acting absolutely insane, and he never lost his cool! On a more positive note, it was my families first time at Culver’s and him and his staff made it one to remember! We will be returning just for comedian, kind, and oh so cool Mr. Rich! Thank you for giving us more than good food but amazing character!
