Interesting find in Culver City. Great place to pick up some food. They’ve got lots of options from Asian to Mexican. Quick and easy pickup process. I’ve had corn dogs, Korean bowls, and boba. All very tasty.

I super LOVE this place. Everything is amazing. You can pick it up or have a delivery service pick it up. This is my new favorite spot! Either I want fried or healthier I got options!

What a great concept! We visited here based on a recommendation for Krapow and were a little perplexed on arrival. Basically, it’s like a warehouse which multiple kitchens (restaurants) share space in, but there is no direct contact or connections (seating, front-end staff, etc.) with your chosen provider, thereby cutting overhead costs.

Very impressed with the service. I placed an order from a Japanese restaurant that no longer services there but ChowHound nonetheless charged me and in fact, emailed me that food would be ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick up the food, I was told that the restaurant no longer services there. There was no order. As I was really hungry, I was quite lost and upset. However, a girl who works there was very helpful, not only did she contact ChowHound for me to see if I can get a refund, she went into the kitchen to ask chef/owner of another Japanese restaurant to see if he can take my order, which he did. I am very impressed and touched by Her resourcefulness and proactiveness with helping. The kitchen is very lucky to have an employee like her. I wished I asked for her name but I recalled she said she speaks 3 languages. Thank you, really, thank you.

I was looking for a place that sold vegan milk shakes nearby and walah!! I found this and it was just like a real milk shake. A bit pricey but it taste great. And no acid reflux or lactose intolerant issues. Everyone should try it.

Be prepared to wait, wait and WAIT if you order Qin West Noodle from this location. Or if you’re like me, never again (don’t be fooled). I have nothing against any business trying to cut costs/maximize profits but this concept forsakes any acceptable level of customer service. Oh, I ordered a cold noodle dish that is pre-made, no cooking time. As I type, I’ve been waiting for one hour. Nope!

My order was done in less than 5 minutes. I had even asked if oatmilk can be substituted for soymilk assuming soymilk was used but to my surprise, soymilk was not used and I was left a note by the person who made my shake in regards to the alternates. Great stuff, great vibes, great communication and speedy service. 5 star for sure!
