This place was a little packed when I got here. Ordered dine-in but got To-go, pretty sure they wanted to just drive you out. Told the register immediately and sat down. Then the server tried to drive me away, for twice! Even after I told him the order was meant for dine-in. Tried to argue me afterwards also. Don’t know what to say about this kind of service 🙂

We felt the food could have a better taste, more for the money spent , and just more appealing dishes. We ordered a pho combination and a beef fried rice, three Thai teas bill was more like $57. The pho was tasteless and hardly any sprouts or sweet basil was served to accompany the dish. We won’t return our first and last time.

I’ve had this place about 5 times now and each times is very enjoyable! I spoke with an employee during their grand opening and the restaurant owners worked with another popular Vietnamese restaurant in the SGV called a golden Deli. Culantro is fresh and is picking up in traffic every time I stop by. Try their home made chili oil! It’s really good. We also tried their bitter days coffee and it takes like Oreo cookies and is easily shareable between 2 people. Haven’t tried something I don’t like yet!
