They make really great taco pizza. Problem is, whenever you order the food over the phone for pickup, they seem to always mess up the order or forget to even start making your food. Unfortunately, it seems like the young girl taking the order may be at fault. Only reason I’m writing this review is because it’s now happened on 3 separate occasions. That’s ALOT of mistakes for just 1 customer. Unless, I’m just completely unlucky that it only happens to me. I went home with the wrong pizza, my family already started to eat it, then realized not what we ordered, what can you do. Next time, on my way to the car, I opened to check the pizza, and again, it was not what I ordered. This time I didn’t touch the pizza, so I walked back in and they made me what I ordered, but I had to wait there for over 20 minutes, food I ordered 30 min before I even got there. Yesterday, I again showed up 30 min after I ordered to pick up but it seems they forgot my order. I waited 20 min sitting there for it. You always get a “Sorry bout that.”. I’m not looking for apologies, they’re meaningless if it happens over and over. Why even bother calling it in. It would be better off, walking in and ordering it face to face. This whole deal sucks because we really do like the taco pizza, but it’s getting harder to justify reordering from there and dealing with the frustration of it all. This will get an auto response asking how they can do better and how they strive. Blah, blah….. Either speak to your employees and make sure they understand to take the job more seriously or hire new people. This kind of thing kills businesses.

AJ, Tony and Angie and the entire staff bring a legitimate feeling that I’ve missed in years and that the smells of stepping into your grandmas Italian kitchen. Beyond family friendly and welcoming.. I’ve ordered every week for the since 2018-2019 for a couple years now & it is near impossible to not look forward to Fridays night for the best pizza, staff, atmosphere and bbq wings around!

Loved the upside down pizza. One of the best in the area. The open kitchen lets you see the cooks at work. Within seconds of being out of the oven, I had a hot, steaming pizza box in my hands. It was so hot it made my car windows fog with the delicious aroma of pizza.

I had a pepperoni and two Buffalo chicken pie, but was very disappointed. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly. As soon as I opened the box the cheese and meat slid right off. The flavor was decent but definitely the worst pizza ever.

decided to give them another chance. what a mistake, pizza arrived cold. was told it was sent out as soon as it was done. I live right around the corner from them, so it’s impossible, could have walked there in the cold & my pizza would still be hot when I got home. all owner said was sorry, we’ll learn from this.that doesn’t help, I had a cold pizza. no more chances cuginis, will never order from you again.

Ordered a hawaiian pizza to go. 4 pieces of ham, very little pineapple, and no sauce on pizza. Horrible!!! Expensive pie. Not a worth money. Will never go there again
