I was there for a catered event and found everything to be sub-par and underwhelming. The carpet was not vaccummed and it was dingy, cluttered and unkempt. The food was not good at all. Definitely do not recommend.

New cooks, new owners. Rolls were hard and cold. Ordered chicken piccata and it came out Luke warm and sauce tasted like pure Lemon and couldn’t eat it. There was an order of spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were cooked on the outside but very raw on the inside. Sent it back to show the cook and the cook said that’s how they are supposed to be. Did not take off the bill or accommodate to help fix the issue. Will never go back again. It’s a shame because this used to be our favorite Italian restaurant before it changed.

Food is mediocre, service was terrible, and that happens, but the reason I am writing is that when I mentioned to the manager about our very slow service she said it’s because they had a large party they were serving. So, apparently our party didn’t matter. She wasn’t rude, just clueless. And I am sorry it was so bad because the dining room is nice as is the outdoor patio. Plus our server’s clothing and notepad for orders were dirty and gross.

We were at Cucina Rustica for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was good but there was little direction from the staff on when food was ready and when the guests could go to the buffet. We would have liked more direction from the staff and more assistance from the restaurant on planning the event.

Sat outside on the patio. Very nice evening. Get there early if no reservations as they have quite a crowd. Food was very good and service was great.

They just reopened recently, with a slightly smaller menu, but still delicious food. I was disappointed their homemade lasagna wasn’t on the new menu, but the chicken parm was delicious. Service was a bit slow, but our server, Nick, was polite and friendly. They were pretty busy the night we were there and probably could have used an extra server. We will be back.
