Visit July 2023 – This is an update after another trip to this location in Buffalo Bills. Terrible service. I wish Jaime was still there. These two young woman and man were horrible. They wanted to argue. Then when they realize they did make a mistake, all they could do was say I am sorry and fail to just fix the problem. I tired to talk to them and they just didnt seem to care to help fix the problem. I wish this part of the review was still true. Previous visit in March 2023 – Try the marinated shredded beef. Great food. Really nice people. The marinated shredded beef was recommended and was really good. Jaime was so nice and helpful. I got a burrito to go and he put the beans and the rice on the side for me. The green sauce is really good too. Highly recommend

Cuca’s in Primm ! Let’s start with service it was horrible! Rude! They couldn’t give a cup of water. Tacos were so greasy. It just dripped. Most tables were dirty. Why don’t businesses take pride in their brand? We will never go there again!

I didn’t make it past the horrible service, the guy in the front taking orders with the bandana ion should be fired. He was rude and tried to belittle me by asking if I could read… no I’m sorry I couldn’t read your chicken scratch marker on white paper hanging up behind you when you were blocking it… don’t waste your time here, I don’t know why anyone would pay someone to treat them disrespectfully. (Unless your at Dick’s in Vegas, but then you expect it). Also, do you see anything saying they stop serving breakfast at a certain time (see picture of full size menu that is at entrance). I didn’t read any time limitations. So disappointed ☹️ don’t waste your good vibes going to this negative place.

We waited in line and when we were finally about to order people who had already ordered rudely just walked up in front of us and when the multiple employees just ignored us we left. Doubt we will ever stop here again.
