Hand down, my favorite restaurant to eat at while traveling. If it was open to the public without having to fly, I’d still come here!

The food is just ok but this place offers a nice atmosphere to eat and watch baseball. Go Cub Go. I got the RIB-EYE steak sandwich. I wasn’t expecting this to be a while ribeye steak on a sandwich but it was a whole ribeye steak on a sandwich. I’d prefer if it was a sandwich to be cut up or sliced or something l. Overall it’s a good sandwich but I felt the steak was a little under seasoned, but again it was a whole ribeye at an airport dinner.

I had a few hours to kill with a 3 and 1/2 hours layover in Chicago. I was starving and decided to see if I can find a decent place to eat breakfast. I check out a number of the menus posted outside the restaurants and decided that their menu seem to fit what I really wanted to eat. And that’s how I picked Cubs B&G. Servers were nice, but took them 8 minutes to realize I was there, it was a seat your own self. Food was served very fast but also very cold. My eggs are not cooked the way I asked for them to be cooked they were over hard not medium. The potatoes were so cold I couldn’t eat them, had to ask for butter for my toast. Constantly had to ask for my coffee to be refilled. Sausage was so overcooked I doubt if my dog would have eaten it.

My husband and I dined here twice due to delayed and canceled flights. We had the pleasure of being served by the same waitress (Verica) both times. She was very nice and gave great service. Other staff members were nice and helpful as well. The Chicago style hot dog, BBQ and hot wings, and fries were really good. This experience made an overall negative experience much better!

Friendly and quick service. The Hawks Hot Wings are breaded and drenched in spicy good sauce. Served with fries.

Great service and good general location. I tried the Chicago style dogs, and they were outstanding. The food came out quick and hot.

I had a Stanburger with Stan’s secret sauce, it was delicious and fries were cooked to perfection. It wasn’t busy when I was there right around 11 am. And the server was great.

Nick is the man at the Cubs Bar & Grill! We had an early flight on a Saturday morning, sat at the bar, and Nick served us a Fluffy Western Omelet with Bailey’s & coffee. Breakfast prices are lower than menu pics in reviews. Great conversation with Nick while we were there, and the food was spot on! Omelets and potatoes are filling, so bring an appetite!
