Noticed the Wild Rice Kale Salad with Chicken on the menu for Cubby’s north of American Fork, and it sounded so good! But we had already passed it. Then Maps showed us another Cubby’s farther along our southbound way, and here we are! The salad is excellent, and my spouse got a meaty “big dog” sized tri-tip steak sandwich with a great sweet BBQ sauce. The salad was moist enough with apple bits and cranraisins that it fortunately didn’t need the cilantro vinaigrette dressing served with it. We’ll definitely be looking for other Cubby’s restaurants as we travel this summer!

One of the best hamburgers I have had In a reasturant. The meat and cheese was balanced with veggies and the bread had a smooth consistency which didn’t overwhelm the burger.

Empty restaurant yet takes 25 mins for food. Salad was bland. Forgot the sauce and blue cheese on my fries. Served me fries with blue cheese dressing on them. When I asked for the sauce the guy totally rolled his eyes at me. Then when I asked if there’s supposed to be bc crumbs he says no but menu says yes. Will never be back.

Just terrible. Second time in a row I’ve ordered pickup and they’ve put onions on my sandwich. I’m allergic to onions so now my sandwich is inedible by me. They didn’t get the sauce right again on the sandwich and this time, put my mustard bbq sauce in a to-go fry container, instead of maple for my MAPLE FRIES. You can see the order details. Can you just read the order and get it right? This place used to be so good.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Ordered online from the website and picked up the order. When we got home we were missing 2 of the 3 sets of fries we ordered. When I called in the Assistant Manager said he couldn’t refund me but I could pick them up (I live 20 minutes away). I explained I couldn’t pick them up because of the distance and he hung up on me. I won’t be going to Cubby’s anymore.

TAKES FOREVER, horrible service. I have a few menu items I love, but the wait is not worth the price. EVERY TIME I order I have to plan ahead to wait 30-60 min more than what I think. My last experience was the last straw. I tried to plan ahead and ordered a pick up for 2 burgers at 430pm and set the time for 530pm and at 6pm they still weren’t ready. Unbelievable. I’m literally going to have to stop ordering anything because I can’t even get the food I pay for.

Love the idea, but it falls flat. I really wanted to like it because I don’t really eat out often and choose carefully when I do. It’s hard to tell from the menu and employees don’t really even know, what things are organic, just the lettuce i guess? Spent over $40 for 2 small sandwiches, 1 decent sized burger, a cup of soup(might be organic?) and 1 order of fries, no drinks. The sandwiches and burgers are all $8+ and don’t even come with fries for that price. Got my husband the tri tip sandwich but it was so small, even a child would be hungry still. I’m a 5’2 woman and that’s my small hand with the sandwich i got my husband . I understand that quality products cost more but i honestly don’t see it here. If we had ordered fries and drinks for everyone it would have cost about $18 per person. At that price point per person you can eat at a nice restaurant and at least not be hungry still. Funny because part of the mission statement is “eating at your favorite restaurant should be affordable”.The taste and quantity is just not there for the price.

I’m really confused as to what all the rage is. I was ultimately unimpressed with the limited vegetarian options and the overall expense. No sandwich comes in a meal, so plan on spending $6+ for a side and drink. The sandwiches are tiny, not just small. I ordered the black bean burger and it had the texture of paste/mashed potatoes and lacked any real flavor or wow factor. They try to use local, organic, seasonal produce and fresh, never frozen meat. I applaud them in their efforts. It just seemed like to little for too much and a lot of effort with very little accomplishment. For me, been there, done that, don’t need to ever go back.
