Cedar The Dentist
Unique atmosphere casual burgers located west of Milsaps College. Fair pricing. Due to lack of helping hands, it’s a bit slow but the gentleman will take good care of you. Not the most fanciest dish but something about this place that makes you want to go back!

I’ve been periodically visiting CS’s all my life. The interior presents the restaurant’s history on nearly every surface with countless campaign stickers and other memorabilia related to Millsaps and the surrounding Jackson area. The food is excellent and affordable, with great service from the restaurant’s owner and staff. I’m immensely pleased to now be working in an area where I can visit and eat there more frequently.

This place is awesome! Tried it today for the first time. Its almost as if its hiding in plain sight. Good food. Good service. Great prices. I had a hamburger with mozzarella, bacon and jalepenos and it was DELICIOUS. Really enjoyed my time here. Of course it *could* be cleaner, but the “grime” gives it character! I will def return….gotta finish reading all the bumper stickers. Lol

My mom and I had lunch there today. The whole experience was great. Food was great, but the atmosphere is where it’s at. Prices are VERY reasonable. The staff and owner were very kind and kept checking to make sure we were good. We will be back. Thank you for such an exciting lunch break.

Some of the best burgers and fries I have ever tasted came from CS’s. The owner is wonderful, and always willing to try new things. The atmosphere is rustic and friendly, and every visit is fun, relaxing, and fruitful. It seems like with every visit I build new relationships, or strengthen old ones. I truly can’t recommend this place enough!
