Very quick from order to pickup. Quality is usually good but there have been times of inconsistency. Today was great though. I ordered after the San Diego State win over Creighton, and was back home by tip off of Miami v Texas. Carnitas burger for the win.

I half expected a bad experience because of the reviews but had a great one. I ordered online and scheduled it for 12pm and got there and I was in and out. No problems at all. Food was right and tasted great. I had the Carnitas Bowl and it is so good I am having it again today. Even for a online pickup I tipped my waitress because they still have to get it together and make sure everything is right and on time. Please always tip even for takeout. If you feel an attitude your way from anyone, just remember not everyone will have a great day everyday. Not even you. All in all I had a 5 star experience. Thank you

Ordered a burger medium well and this is what the restaurant delivered. Absolutely disgusting to bite into a RAW burger. When I called the person on the phone only asked if I wanted credit or dispute the charge through grubhub since I ordered through the app. They took 0 responsibility for sending me raw meat. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again.

Used to love this location, but after the last two one of them being tonight, never again!! So last time they totally forget half the order when they delivered it. The driver said he will be right back 20 mins later and everything Ice cold was terrible. Even called to check in on where the food was after they forgot half our food and they said it would all be fresh

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered pizza, asked if they delivered to Main Street Medford. They said yes. I was given a 15 minute timeframe, waited 45 minutes before calling to ask for an update. Was told my order would be here any minute and it never showed up. A lot of disappointment, still here eyeballing every car that pulls up….2 hours after I’ve ordered.

Burgers are tender with fresh veggies added topped with great tasting sauce! Sauce is great on fries too. Chicken sandwiches same as burgers. Fries are crunchy thick and really good! Pizza is very tasty (just a little oily but with a quick swipe of the napkin it’s gone), service is friendly, polite and quick. Metal seats and tables are modern style, plenty of seating, would recommend to family and friends. Great for takeouts too!!

We have ordered a great deal of food from this establishment over the years. Today my office manager received a salad with wilted lettuce. When she called to voice her concerns the so called manager of this business started yelling at her. I went over there in person and she was beyond aggressive raised her voice at me and did the sale was fine and that the “ hot chicken” on the salad caused the yellowing. My manager is a vegetarian and had no chicken. I attempted to tell her but she continued yelling at me as well. This woman needs to be fired. I wouldn’t patronage this establishment again. Ever.
