My wife and I came here for a quick lunch date. There was no line and we got it order taken quickly. We ordered three tacos: cornflake shrimp taco, braised beef barbacoa, and the spicy rooster. All three was very good! Yum!

I ordered chipotle chicken and buffalo chicken tacos. I had a very unpleasant experience. I did not like the service becoz it took forever to get the order. The cook or chef prepared my order and left it open for the server. The server took forever to pick it up from there and give it to me. There’s literally no one in the store but it still it took forever with my order. The tacos are next level worse.

I ordered 7/24 at 6 pm Smokehouse beef brisket taco and Chipotle chicken taco with Queso n chips. Queso was warm and chips were fresh but the tacos were worst quality than $2 tacos. Probably because they thought we were taking it to go and won’t notice until it’s too late. But we decided to dine in and saw that our food was a third of the quality and quantity than other people dining in. I complained and got one taco remade into something better. Sorry I couldn’t take pictures cause the phone was low battery

Just leaving Crushed Taco on Stonebrook at 5:59 pm June 8, 2023. The sign says open. According to their published work hours they are open to 10 pm. The doors were locked. As I tried several times to open the doors and stood there. Women behind the counter sees me, stands there drinking her drink and continues to look at me, standing in the hot sun and never bother to comes address me. No sign saying they were closed and the open sign still turned on. Rude! I will not be back.

This place is aesthetically pleasing but the menu is limited. We tried almost everything that is their signature dishes. Out of 5 tacos, only 2 were finished, BBQ braised pork and buffalo were the ones. Most of the tacos are a mash of favors that don’t quite go together or is too much of the toppings (never thought that would be a problem). So if we hated the tacos, why the 3 star? The chorizo fries are amazing! A hint of sweet with spicy and every fry had toppings on it. Will I ever come back? No. It was just too expensive for a taco joint and the food was really disappointing. When the owner saw we didn’t like the food and bought cheese quesadillas, he did and said nothing. I’m guessing we weren’t the only ones. I’ll stick to Torchy’s.

Wow! Absolutely satisfying food. I had the elotes bowl which is by far some of the best I’ve had in the life I’ve lived. I also had the buffalo chicken and cornflake crusted shrimp tacos. Delicious is an understatement. Try it or lose out on the best, period point blank. Thank you guys for this place I will be back again and again.
