These pancakes are HUGE (holding pepper shaker next to plate for scale). Very good too. Only had the pancakes, delicious. And with a good appetites, neither of us got halfway through it. Next time we’re in Buffalo…

Happened upon this little jewel an hour before closing Sunday afternoon where we found a “55-57 Chevy” atmosphere playing 1960’s rock decorated on checked patterns & clean, neat appearance. From Joanne’s greeting as hostess to the owner’s visit, we felt like “hometown” friends – 850 miles from home. The food is ample & fried & exactly as described on the detailed menu. Service staff was very attentive. Husband enjoyed the huge Daddy-OH burger & fries. Great place for casual Diner food!!

It was crazy busy right as we got there but our food was fast in coming, perfectly cooked, everything was very fresh and good. My boyfriend had the stuffed French toast and commended they didn’t pour ice cold fruit on the hot toast and it was really good. I had the #5 and the bacon and French toast was to DIE for.

Food was very overcooked , service was one of the worst, picture is of my egg that was supposed to be over-easy, only positive was the French toast, not the best but the best of what we had . Was decent when they first reopened but service and food have definitely gotten worst

Place was clean ..great service but the best part.. was the absurdity of the pancake size! Food was also large portions everything was done right tasted good and we had multiple check ups if we needed anything else

We’ve been to Cruisers three times in the past year. The first time we got chicken sandwiches for lunch that were tasty, but, took an hour from ordering to the table. The second and third times we’ve been to the restaurant (six months ago, and again today) we’ve had to leave. After being seated, the wait staff ignored us for 10+ minutes while an apology was given to another table for incorrect food being served. It’s clear there are severe restaurant operations issues. Maybe a year from now we’ll give them another chance. As we walked out this time, there was yet another apology being given to a different table.
