Food, service, and ambiance was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and fresh. The cocktails are handcrafted to perfection. The Cajun Rabbit was served piping hot and the Poke Bowl special was well balanced and delicious. It has a big city aesthetic with a southern heart. Looking forward to our next visit to see what the chef chooses to serve up!

I’ve been eyeing this new restaurant for awhile, so me and my boyfriend decided to try it. It was worth it! It was dead when we got there, but hey, we love a quiet restaurant sometimes. The place is a little bit small, but I love its interior. Me and my boyfriend both fell in love with their dish. We tried some of their features, like the Tuna Crudo and Pork Belly bao bun, and both were perfection! Their Rockefeller may be one of the best oysters that I’ve ever had. I had the catch of the day (salmon), and the taste was awesome. My boyfriend was curious about the Cajun dumplings, and boy, that dish didn’t disappoint us. The drinks were fabulous as well! The food was a little bit pricey, but it was all worth it. We had a great experience, from service to food. Kudos to the owner and chef! A must-visit place indeed. Will definitely visit this place again.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Hilton Head and were a little disappointed by a few meals we had over there, so we decided to expand our search out to the Bluffton area for dinner one night, and oh my CRUDO was by far the best food we had on our trip! Well worth the drive back across the bridge.

Came here with a group of 8 for a friends birthday. Seating was comfortable. Fun and tasty food here. First time Ive ever had rabbit – the stew was incredible. Our whole table agreed. Presentation was on point. Lots of respect to the chef too. One very talented guy doing ALL the work. Try this place out.

Met family here who was visiting from up north. Atmosphere was cozy and classy. Small place but big on flavors. Chef Andrew’s menu choices are incredible! His version of oysters Rockefeller is killer! Everything we had from braised black angus short ribs to the salmon ceviche was outstanding and the bartenders are the best! We’ll definitely be back!

Place is on point. Newer restaurant, seems to be focusing on quality over quantity of service. Small space, small kitchen, we enjoyed sharing everything as it came out. They have a great wine list and I enjoyed trying the sake, definitley want to drink that with my meal next time. try the lobster roll and call me in the morning

Crudo is off the hook good. Literally the best crudo I ever had. My wife and I go once a week and sit at the bar because we love watching CJ do his magic with the fish. The bar tenders are extremely engaging and friendly and the hand crafted cocktails are fantastic. The entire staff are awesome. Great service all around. The menu is not just crudo. Really great quality. The ceviche is terrific. The lobsta, like you were in New England. It’s a narrow, but incredibly inventive menu. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Great, eclectic wine list. Brian, the owner, is also a Som and really knows his stuff. And hold on, wait. The wines, both white and reds, are served at the perfect temperature. If you have not been, get your arses there. Like now!

New spot in Old Town- make a plan to visit. Opening for lunch next week Wed- Sat. Dinner every night but Sunday. I had raw tuna, friend had salmon. Wonderful preparation and presentation.great people, too! Highly recommend great wine list, too!

Chef Andrew at Crudo, Bluffton made me something special It was pork belly with slices of naval orange and special Japanese soy sauce. It was freaking amazing and I STRONGLY recommend you get here for a meal! All the staff is incredibly awesome as well…Chef CJ, Michelle and the bartender Rhett!
