So, here’s the deal. I ordered their Classic Lucy for delivery and this is what I received. I called them and requested that it be remade. I explained the condition of the burger and was placed on hold so a manager could be consulted. I was then informed that there was nothing that they could do as it was delivered and that they would not provide me with a refund nor a replacement lunch. I was told that I should “call ahead next time to make sure that it is cooked.” I did not realize I had to specify that my burger should be cooked. Juicy Lucy-style burgers are hard to cook, I get that. However, don’t have them on your menu if you can’t actually cook them. I can understand mishaps happen and was okay to wait for a replacement or even just a refund of the cost of the burger.

Delicious with a great atmosphere! My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch on Friday. His burger and my Asian pork tacos were both very delicious. I’ll for sure order the tacos again! Parking was easy, service was great, and the food was fast. I’d definitely recommend Crooked Pint to my friends and family. It did not disappoint! I’m already looking forward to our next visit, maybe on the patio with a beer.

My first trip did not disappoint and will definitely be back. Friendly staff and perhaps a bit of a miscommunication as the waitress didn’t acknowledge us or seem to see we were seated in her area. Very knowledgeable of their large selection of tap drinks and menu.

Great service and good. Went there when they were doing buy one Lucy get a second one for $5. So good. Ellsworth cheese curds are great. Also got the spiked lemonade it was amazing ! Definitlynwill be coming back!

I had the peanut butter burger and it was easily top 5 best burgers I’ve ever eaten! The sweet potato fries were an extra $3, and honestly I would just get regular fries because they were good, but nothing mind blowing. The poutine fries were also really good!! The margarita was sub-par, and the service was okay, but the burger made it worth it!! Even the sweet heat burger was such a good blend of flavors and my friend said the nacho burger was incredible too! Definitely a place to stop for the burger lover!!
