My local pub. I walk here to meet up with my buddies now and again. I really enjoyed the prime rib. Everything I’ve had to eat here has been pretty good. Sometimes the salmon is a little dry, but other than that the food has been good. Service can be slow when they are busy but staff is always friendly. Lots of tvs to catch a game too. If on the fence I say give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised my first time. Cheers

I’ve been here a bunch of times over the years and they are always fast. I’ve never had to wait long for anything. Very attentive and nice wait staff. The fish tacos are huge!! Classic Irish food with some more American dishes as well. They have a good bar with a lot of common standards. Nothing out of the ordinary unfortunately.

Ok, so as an Irish fella I may be a wee bit biased, but be that as it may, this place makes me happy. I loved the Buffalo wings, the spicy fries are not to be missed, and they’ve got a great walnut salad. The spicy fries are so good my non-Irish spouse sometimes requests I pop down the hill just to bring some back for her. The drinks are perfectly delightful, and happy hour pricing is happy indeed. Staff have always been super friendly. The only thing I would argue for is adding some of the Irish gin and vodka out there to the repertoire. Happy this place is here in Montclair

Great Food. Terrible customer service. Called to place an order the gentleman to my order over the phone, but forgot to place it. When I went to pick it up I was told it was never placed. Lost 20min of my time, had to replace the order wait another 15 min. The lady in front was very rude not apologetic about the error that was made. It was a busy day. It was a holiday inn completely understand that they’re busy, but it shouldn’t be a reason to be unprofessional and I’m careful when someone places in order. My recommendation would be to place an online order or to make sure that they did hear your order when you speak to them over the phone because that wasted 45 minutes of my time.
