I don’t know why I haven’t heard about this food truck. This is a Mediterranean food truck that deep fries the whole shwarma. We ordered only 1 beef crispy roll. The beef crispy roll was massive, oozing with melty cheese and flavorful meat. They have different box options from where you can try out all of the variety of rolls that they have. They are open 4 pm – 12 am (Mon), 12 pm – 12 am (Tue-Thu), and 12 pm – 1.30 am (Fri-Sun). iI’s my new go-to spot. Can’t wait to return.

Bruh. Dude. I saw an IG reel and I have been chompin at the bit to get me a fried shawarma. The flavors are oh so good in both their crispy rolls and their tequeños that filling sauces aren’t needed, but those are good too. All in all 10/10 recommend and would eat it again.

Tried it for the first time.. loved it. I ordered chicken crispy roll box. Its very cheesy and crispy. Loved the packaging.. it has separate space for sauces.. this way it gets so convenient to eat even while driving. I recommend it.

These crispy rolls are our favorites. My favorite is chicken crispy roll although beef crispy roll is good too. We used to drive all the way to Houston to get it but so glad that this is in our neighborhood in Sugarland.

I dont know why some of these desi establishmant dont understand. We know when you are using old /stale ingrediants. I went there today at 1:50 and waited for them to open at 2 since one of my friend recomended this food truck. I specifically told them to make sure not to use old food from yesterday and they said sure dont worry about it. When I got my food, I encountered dry chewy chicken in my secod bite. It had old stale smell to it and the chicken was bone dry. My wife did tell me to go back and complaint to them but I didnt see a point of that since I had already requested them to no sure old food. Never going there again, save yourself some money and effort of going to this place.

MAN – Whenever we’re in the area we try to hit a new spot, today did not disappoint and for sure exceeded other experiences!! My husband (who is fairly particular) got the beef box, smashed the whole thing – no complaints at all. It was loud, there was smacking, there were smiles! I got the chicken roll, it is SO good!! I am a small eater, this has lasted me like 3 rounds and I am snackin on 4 as I type this – they are SO big and the crisp is So perfect! It has traveled hours home with us and is still perfection – I am SO full, but I’m no quitter! lol Great spot, options for the whole family, reasonably priced for the food you get and the service was fast and amazing!! We’ll be back FOR SURE and the kids already decided they’re gettin THIS next time! #WeTriedToTellThem

if you’re hungry don’t even try going to this place. there’s only one man working. also, the fries tasted stale. the crispy roll is gross. the wings were subpar. honestly i wouldn’t recommend it. And that’s me being nice.
