Oh holy pepperoni! This is what I call a pizza place, the love that I have for this pizza has resulted me in having it at least 50 times, and I will never get tired of it (I’ll share just a few pictures below of these masterpieces). As an experienced pizza enthusiast Nevadan (which isn’t saying much, but says enough) this is easily the GOAT of all pizzas in the entire world! You can tell that all the ingredients are hand selected and it shows in the final product that you are paying for the best of the best. I’ve been there when the crew is making the dough and these guys seriously go the extra mile for an amazing pizza, the cooking process is so intricate and amusing and the aroma the cooked dough gives off is celestial. The pizza chefs at this spot are absolute specimen and I can tell every slice of mozzarella is sliced to perfection, the pepperonis are placed with intent, the sauce is spread with care and the dough.. oh the dough please please don’t ever go. How does this master pizza chef Adrian do it? I’ll tell you, by caring about making people happy and being passionate about his product, which he has surely done. He definitely gets a spot in my Hall of Fame. I WISH I WAS RELATED TO THIS MASTERMIND!!!! I love this pizza so much I’ve decided to end this review with a haiku about Crisp Premium Pizza:

An excellent pizza spot! The owner is a great guy, was very welcoming and passionate about his craft. The pizza was unique in that it was incredibly Crisp(y), had a great flavor and a perfect amount of cheese. Will definitely be back and well worth a visit!

I love small businesses that take pride in what they do! The owner took the time to talk to us and it really shows the passion and love that goes into every slice. Every table was clean, high chair for my daughter was available even though she prefers dads lap. This was our first but certainly not our last pizza!

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience and the best meal of our trip to Arizona. The owners were welcoming, friendly and committed to serving nothing but the best quality. We ordered a pizza and salad but the owner wasn’t happy with the quality of salad ingredients so he wouldn’t sell us the salad. That’s impressive and admirable.

Pizza was really good. “Premium” some would say. Visited with a table of 8 of my buddies. While we ate some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while, we got an in-depth tale of the life of the owner which made the experience even more special. When they say “grandma style pizza” and follow it up with a life story, you know you eating something made with love. Everyone that walked by the shop seemed to know the owner. Felt very homely. A neighborhood pizza spot plucked straight outta New York City and planted smack dab in the friendliest neighborhood in the desert. 10 outta 10 would recommend to a friend. Big fan of the pepperoni pie.

My son and I were visiting Scottsdale from New Orleans and based on the reviews for great pizza in this area, we decided to give Crisp a try. We ordered the traditional pie, sauce was amazing, and the crust was perfect. The crust was a nice crisp , and will melt in your mouth…. The owner was down to earth and passionate about his craft… This is the best pizza!!!
