Came in tonight to get a salad with my service pup Anyway when I went to pay for my salad the nice lady Mia offered my pup a little scoop of peanut butter. First time trying this place today. It’s very good, but the portions are pretty tiny for an $18 salad. Also, you can only order pick up if you download their app or use Doordash. I tried to call and place and order since the internet said that was an option, but the staff person who answered let me know they don’t do that.

We came here and ordered take-out for lunch. Ordered a No Prob Cobb and Smash Bowl. The orders were sloppily made. As the servers were mixing the bowls, a lot of the condiments just fell out. They didn’t even bother replacing what fell out. Notice there were exactly two small pieces of chicken in my kid’s Smash Bowl. Also, notice they didn’t even make the order right – they entirely overlooked bacon as part of the ingredients!

i went to this K&G earlier hoping for a quick healthy meal as i am trying to work on my figure. I was greeted with kind words from the woman behind the counter named Mia she went out of her way to tell me her recommendations on what she enjoys & Everything she recommended was delicious, she also kept a clean environment around her and her service was fast and friendlier than service i have had at other locations in the past This kind woman behind the counter and the delicious salad she prepared definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Giving one star because zero isn’t allowed. I’ll say one thing, the food is good… when it’s right. Which is about 25% of the time. Not only do they routinely forget ingredients, they add ones that were not ordered. This is a major health and safety risk. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They apparently cannot read simple instructions because the food is rarely correct and never ready at the time provided. Hire more and better people, there’s potential here, but as it currently stands I would avoid unless you like your order to be a mystery.
