Thought I would give this place a try since I heard some pretty good reviews. I choose the wild wild southwest salad. Little spinich ,lots of stems for Arugula and the chicken was dry. The young lady at the counter gave me my total and walked away while my card was in the machine. Another young lady about 10 ft away stated my transaction went through. I did try the southwest dressing which want too bad but is high in fat.

I love the service here! Coming in here for the first time was interesting! The workers were nice and were really flexible with my order changes. Bold and Buffalo is amazing. Smash bowl is the best kids bowl. I can’t wait for the squash goals to come back!!!

I love Crisp & Green, so I’m glad they’re finally in the south metro! This is a convenient location in Apple Valley right off Pilot Knob Rd. near County Rd. 42, across from Target. They offer several healthy options, which is a nice break from greasy fast food options that dominate this area. Staff were all young and mostly friendly. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but not enough to remove a star, and probably worth it to eat a bit healthier. Outdoor tables are very wobbly.

USED to be a favorite of mine… I’ve noticed the quality and the cleanliness has changed – as well as the service. Yesterday I waited to order a shake at the register while several groups of people who came after me were helped and checked out. While I just stood there. When I spoke up and talked to the staff they yelled at me. I’m done. Tropical Cafe it is… until another C&G opens up to try. I will not be back to this location.

This place was packed and they were short staffed, which I totally understand. The Thai salad was good, very fresh and well rounded. However for a $16 salad that I ordered on the app and waited 15 minutes past my pickup time for, I didn’t feel it was a good value. The portion also seemed small for the price. But the staff were nice and tried hard to service people in a timely manner.

So thankful they opened a Crisp & Green in Apple Valley! Their fiesta bowl with the jalapeño lime vinaigrette is my absolute fave!! Please don’t ever stop making this dressing. Literally crave this place and the fresh ingredients on a weekly basis!
