It took me a while to check out this place. Noticed it during the pandemic as it had outdoor seating the timing never worked out. The stars finally aligned and I loved it so much that I came back 3 times in the course of two weeks! Suggest booking a table as it can get busy especially on weekend nights. Pay attention that you’re booking at the right location. I accidentally booked the San Mateo location but caught my mistake right away. BTW the cocktails are low content due to their liquor license. They do call it out in the menu.

This spot had been on my bucket list for quite a while and I finally got a chance to check it out! First of all, major props to the owner, Edwin who I had the pleasure of meeting first hand. He was incredibly hospitable and warm as well as attentive to not only me but the other guests in the restaurant. He was also always on top of reservations and cleaning while making sure our orders were out in a timely Manor, and helping with customer’s needs & accommodations. The food was amazing, I had Hush Puppies and Crawfish & Shrimp étuoffee. Which definitely satisfied my craving for creole food i had been having for a while. The ambiance is very clean and laid back, it almost hurt having to leave. ( could’ve also been everything I had ate ) But I can’t wait to comeback and share it with friends and family. And those beignets are to die for.

Mills “Mills”
This is the real deal! I grew up in Southeast Texas, went to school in Louisiana, and have eaten my way through New Orleans. The catfish poboy rivals the best of the best in NOLA. The jambalaya and etouffee are spot on. Even their hush puppies and boudin balls are delish. And their remoulade? I want to put it on everything!

I wish we’d discovered this place years ago! Cajun Creole is my favorite cuisine and my husband is from Louisiana. There aren’t very many places in SF serving Cajun Creole dishes, and we hadn’t found anyone making them traditionally, which is what we want the most. So when we came here, we decided we needed to try the gamut: gumbo, éttouffée, catfish, red beans, jambalaya, and of course, beignets. We also got hush puppies because I can’t resist.
