Great experience at this Creno’s location. We’ve never been to a pizza place where you selected your toppings from a “Subway sandwich “ type counter. The two of us ordered slightly different toppings, which these half&half selections were received and executed by the employee with willingness and friendliness. The pizza was cooked and ready within 5 minutes from the large pizza oven. Oh my! it was yummy! Toppings hot, melted (cheeses), with flavors nicely blended. The crust bottom was delightfully crunchy.

I don’t understand. I have always been polite, tip well gave great praise for service. I got the wrong pizza and called to advise and was met with aggressive behavior. At no time was I disrespectful or rude. I will take this up the chain tomorrow but if this is what crenos deo Dr has become they have lost our business forever.

I eat at Crenos on Cedar St. In Newark Ohio , at least twice a week sometimes an the BLT Pizza is my favorite . I would recommend it to anyone. Good service from polite people .
