All I can say is Isaac is the real deal! He loves preparing his BBQ and he should. It’s excellent and well worth stopping if you’re driving by, and worth a detour if you’re nearby. So we are from KY, home of the BBQ fest, by far this food exceeded our expectations ! What a great place! The range of sauces blew us away, we know BBQ and I’m telling you this little spot is underrated! Isaac invited us over we were going to do takeout so glad we stopped and took a seat, great conversation to go along with the food, nice big TV’s that we could actually hear and see what was going on! We had the 3 meat and slaw, baked beans and fried pickles. The ribs were slap your Mama good, the brisket and pulled pork was amazing, not greasy and fatty. We will be back when we travel to LaJunta, CO again. I’m actually to to make an excuse to go out of town again just to stop in here ! Thanks Isaac for a memorable experience

Best bbq I’ve had in a while. Very laid back atmosphere. Owner had trouble with his help when we went so was holding down the fort himself and still has food prep going on in the food truck outside with a dining room inside. So if you go anytime near my time of writing, just seat yourself and wait if no one’s in there, he’ll show eventually and get you some awesome food and friendly service, just be patient.

Definately a case of don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The BBQ was great! Brisket that falls apart, lean and delicious pulled pork and the ribs were fall off the bone. And we are from Texas, we know good bbq. This place is legit!!

Customer service wasn’t that great. This was the first time I even went in this place. I asked specifically for 1/2 waffle fries, and a half curly fries withe loaded fries. They didn’t say anything about charging extra and went to pay. They charge me extra without telling me it would be extra. So, I canceled the order and I probably won’t be back. If they had said that it would be an extra charge I would’ve been fine, but don’t charge me extra when I go to pay. Then to follow up, a friend called, asking about this. The owner said the person taking the order didn’t even work there and she said I wanted extra fries. My friend said he(me) probably won’t be back. The owner said I hope he can find something as good. Customer service means a lot.
