Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The Ribs were outstanding! Moist, tender, not overcooked. The people are extremely friendly, someone always cleaning and super respectful to their people.

This establishment is very chill, friendly, and yummy. Prices are very economical & they have a great selection of beers! The pulled pork is cooked to perfection, melts in your mouth, and has a rich smoky flavor. The chicken is incredibly smoked! Their BBQ sauce is tangy! They’ve got very nice outside seating especially great for fall days.

2nd time coming here. Very underwhelming. The atmosphere is very strip mall-esque inside. You would expect that outside because it is located in a strip mall. The indoor could use a better BBQ themed look to make it feel more inviting. The gal that served us was nice. The two men who were preparing the meals were caught up in conversation that includes a few expletives. Not very professional when in the earshot of customers. Now to the food. My wife ordered a half of a smoked chicken which was four stars. It had a great smoky flavor and was moist and juicy all the way through. I chose the Santa Maria sandwich. It had tri-tip with garlic butter. It sounded delicious but it was not! This tri-tip was the toughest I have ever had! When I bit into the sandwich, the whole piece of meat came out of the sandwich. It was so chewy that it took several minutes to chew and swallow. The meat was flavorless. The best part of the sandwich was the garlic and the bun. A tri-tip should be tender and you should be able to chew it with ease. Considering it is a BBQ restaurant, the meat should have tasted smoky and wonderful. It was so disappointing. My wife gave me some of her chicken so I didn’t go away hungry. It is always my thought that if you are charging prices that reflect the market and of course profitability, you should use quality products. The meat used for the tri-tip was sub par and or it was “fast” cooked not slow cooked. Over all, after a second disappointing try, we probably won’t return.

It was good we got brisket and pulled pork and riblets. The sauces were good. But didn’t think the meat had that much flavor without the sauces.. Like others have said the portions were a bit on the smaller side.

Oh boy. Where do I start. To say that I’m extremely disappointed is an understatement. I’ve rated restaurants from all over the country and have eaten BBQ from everywhere. Most of my reviews are positive. But, unfortunately this will not be one of them. Red flag #1. Went to the restroom where the owner proudly displays and hand writes comments on 1 star reviews. Next. HOW do you serve Dry flavorless, Overcooked, COLD BRISKET AND RIBTIPS! Lastly, the price for the “meal” in relation to what you get is very disproportionate. We left almost the entire meal uneaten and left. I didn’t even ask for a refund because they obviously needed the money more then I do.

Wow, what a fantastic place for real good bbq. Ordered the brisket and ribs plate. Both were succulent and melt in your mouth good. The sweet potato fries were delectable. The Coke was perfectly carbonated. The nice young man who took our orders was helpful and patient and didn’t try to hurry us along. He mentioned the rib tip special. I would have gotten that, but didn’t think I could eat a pound of meat. And I wanted to try different items. Will drive 3 hours to eat there again!

Wonderful addition to the Salmon Creek food options. Went here for lunch and you can check my pictures, but had the Charleston pulled pork sandwich with the baked beans side. Wife had the same thing with the fries and the little had the Mac and cheese.

Tried the restaurant today because of the great Google reviews and was not disappointed. Smoked chicken was cooked to Perfection had a excellent flavor profile and was still moist and tender. Parking can be a little tight your best bet is to come early for lunch. Restrooms are clean and can accommodate people with special needs.

Stopped in on my lunch break and ordered the brisket sandwich with a side of collard greens! The food was excellent and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming! I love that they have different sauces on the table for your liking! I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
